Returns

We want you to be happy with your KEEN purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

Returns are easy! Please follow the steps below to initiate your return:

  1. Visit our online returns portal.
  2. Enter your email address and order number to begin.
  3. Follow the instructions to select the items you are returning and print your prepaid shipping label.
  4. Pack your unworn items in their original condition in a shipping box, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

Important Return Information

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For your convenience, a $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may choose to use your own shipping method and pay the applicable carrier rates at the time of shipment.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.

International Returns

For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, please contact customer service for return instructions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are non-refundable.

KEEN products are designed for durability and built to last. If your product has a material or workmanship flaw and is within the applicable warranty period, please contact us for assistance. Our dedicated team will be happy to help you with a warranty claim.
